This is a LAND ONLY trip. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Louisville, Kentucky.
Please plan to arrive in Louisville on Wednesday, April 28, 2027, in time for hotel check-in and the scheduled welcome experience.
Hotel accommodations are contracted for 4 nights, with check-in on Wednesday, April 28, 2027, and check-out on Sunday, May 2, 2027.
The Kentucky Oaks takes place on Friday, April 30, 2027, and the 153rd Kentucky Derby takes place on Saturday, May 1, 2027.
Roundtrip transportation between the Galt House and Churchill Downs is included for both Oaks Day and Derby Day.
Roommate Matching is available for this trip. If you would like to be matched with a roommate, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Roommate assignments will be finalized approximately 60 days before departure.
A detailed itinerary will be emailed approximately 60 days before departure.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your trip. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and access information will be emailed before the call.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made in your full legal name.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Your package rate is secured at the available price at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
You are responsible for keeping your reservation current according to the payment schedule listed on your invoice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, also maintains the required payment schedule.
You can log in to our client portal at any time to view your reservation and account information.
Name changes are permitted up to the applicable deadline and are subject to a $250 name change fee plus any additional vendor fees.
A $250 per person late payment fee will automatically be added to reservations with a balance remaining after the final payment due date.
