Activities may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on certain transfers, excursions, or vehicles.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or additional support are encouraged to notify Travel Divas in advance so requests can be submitted to the appropriate suppliers. While every effort will be made to assist, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Auto Pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Traveling internationally requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. For this trip, your passport must not expire before October 28, 2028.
All prices are based on currency exchange rates in effect at the time of pricing. In the event of significant currency fluctuations, pricing may be adjusted in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Roommate Matching is available for this trip. If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Roommate matching takes place approximately 60 days before departure and after at least 75% of the package has been paid.
The group flight will depart from New York (JFK) on April 18, 2028, arriving at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) on April 20, 2028.
Hotel check-in is April 20, 2028, and hotel check-out is April 28, 2028.
Travelers using the group flight should plan to arrive at JFK at least four hours before departure. For additional peace of mind, consider arriving in New York on April 17, 2028.
A detailed itinerary will be emailed approximately 30 days before departure.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom conversations designed to help you feel informed and prepared before your trip. They are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, with access information emailed before the call.
The private Travel Divas Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making a reservation for this package signifies your acceptance of the Travel Divas Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Your package rate is secured at the available price at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless your trip has been paid in full.
You are responsible for ensuring that your roommate, if applicable, also maintains the required payment schedule.
You may log in to the Travel Divas client portal at any time to review your reservation and account information.
Name changes are permitted through the applicable deadline and are subject to a $250 name change fee plus any additional vendor fees.
A $250 per person late payment fee applies to reservations with a remaining balance after the final payment due date.
Late payment arrangements must be requested and approved by management before the final payment deadline.
